Stephen Tonge is the founder and lead inspector of SPI, serving homeowners and buyers throughout the Denver area. A proud graduate of the University of Colorado, Steve brings over 15 years of experience in facilities management to every inspection he performs.

His background overseeing building operations has given him a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how homes and systems should function. From structural elements to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, Steve combines technical expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
Known for his professionalism and approachable style, Steve’s goal is to give clients peace of mind through clear communication, thorough inspections, and reliable service they can trust.
